To achieve the right balance of air, light, heat, and bugs, choose a weave that is either tighter or looser.



Our insect meshes are available in a range of weaves to keep out any pesky insects, including horseflies and no-see-ums. Additionally, because it is the most transparent mesh type, it offers greater airflow and visibility while blocking up to 55% of UV radiation.


A mesh that is more tightly spaced offers shade that lessens the heat and glare from the sun. All of our meshes have some UV protection, but solar meshes may block up to 80% of UV radiation while preserving airflow.
